A wide range of high performance spraybooths for cars and vans

All of our Automotive Spray Booths are built to the same high quality standard, with features such as double skinned insulated panels, finished in white both internally and externally and insulated with mineral rock wool.

High end features such as centrifugal fans and indirectly fired burners via high quality AISI430 stainless steel heat exchangers are standard on all models. High efficiency downdraft airflows coupled with consistent temperature control ensures the best possible finish.

Piper and Stealth spray booths are available with either gas or oil burners and the Falcon* and Raptor have electric heat exchangers and infrared curing. Our new IR-KIT adds infrared curing to convert Piper and Stealth booths into hybrid booths.

The unrivalled Raptor series is the most efficient spray booth available, with infrared curing, fully-electric heating and many advanced features such as automatic zoning, heat recuperating ducting and touch screen PLC control system.

Many options are available and we can custom-build the spray booth to suit your specific requirements.

*The Falcon is also available as a hybrid infrared spray booth, including an oil or gas burner in addition to the infrared curing.

Downdraft Airflows

A downdraft spray booth provides the best airflows for a high quality paint finish. The air is pre-heated within the input power group and enters a plenum chamber above the cabin. The air is then filtered by high efficiency ceiling filters and enters the spraybooth cabin vertically. The air is then extracted below the item(s) being sprayed through floor grids. In a downdraft spray booth, the grids can be part of a raised base or via an excavated pit. Eurotecno downdraft spray booths have corner to corner temperature stability and powerful, constant airflows.

Centrifugal Ventilator Fans

All of our spray booths have centrifugal ventilator fans as standard. They provide superior airflows to axial fans and have the ideal properties for a spraybooth; When under load and moving less air they draw less current, preventing the paint booth from cutting out due to the motor over-Amping.

Inverter System

Our spraybooths are available with an optional touch screen PLC control panel and inverter controls. The inverters speed control the motors and the energy saving features can cut running costs by more than half.

Pressure Balancing

Automatic pressure balancing systems are standard on all our spray booths. As the filters gradually become blocked, the system automatically compensates and maintains an even and constant negative pressure within the cabin. When the filters require changing and the optimum pressure can no longer be maintained, the operator is warned via the control panel.

Touch Screen Control Panel

The touch screen PLC control panel has many energy saving features built in and cuts airflows when the spray booth is idle to significantly cut running costs.

Speed control of motors allows for an energy saving of more than 50%
