We carry out spray booth services and call outs/repairs on all makes of spray booth. During the service we can supply and install spray booth filters and consumables, or service/test only. Eurotecno can service automotive, industrial and aerospace paint booths.

Open back, enclosed, car booths, CV booths, Aerospace; We can service them all. Each full service includes EPA and smoke clearance testing at no extra charge. Preventative maintenance is always a priority.

We also supply a large range of spray booth consumables and spare parts, including belts, pulleys, bearings, motors, damper motors and temperature controllers. Spray Booth Testing

Smoke clearance time, EPA & LEV testing

Spray booths should be tested annually to comply with legislation. A smoke clearance time test certificate should be displayed on the front of the spray booth to inform the operator how much time they should wait after spraying before removing their air-fed visor.

We can test your spray booth and supply EPA and smoke clearance time tests. We carry out this testing as part of an annual spray booth service at no extra charge, ensuring your paperwork is always up to date.

Eurotecno also carry out separate LEV Testing for your dust, fume or welding extractors as well as for spraybooths and paint rooms and provide comprehensive reports.

Many types of spraybooth can be upgraded with an Inverter system that speed controls the motors and saves fuel and electricity for each and every job. During the upgrade we install a PLC system to control the inverters, which operates behind the scenes; you continue to use your existing control panel. An ‘economy’ switch installed in the control panel adds an option to run the booth at less than full power, resulting in significant energy savings.

A complete Energy Saving Upgrade system can pay for itself in it’s first year!

How it works

When the booth is running in the spray mode but no spraying is taking place, the booth is just burning fuel and expelling it to atmosphere. The energy saving upgrade knows when you’re not spraying and reduces the airflows to a very low idle, saving huge amounts of electricity and fuel, all automatically. As soon as you start to spray the system ramps up the fans to full speed again.

Heat recovery ductwork pre-heats the input air by energy in the exhaust ducting, further cutting fuel bills. Add this to efficient bake cycle recycle systems and the savings are huge. Many older booths can be upgraded, resulting in spray booths that match new systems for energy efficiency.

Moving? Acquired a second hand spraybooth?
We can dismantle and re-assemble and commission it for you or just assist in the ‘fiddly-bits’, commissioning or setting up. During re-installation we can refurbish the spray booth and upgrade it’s performance and efficiency. Care is taken during the spray booth dismantling process to ensure that the booth can be re-installed as smoothly as possible, saving time and preventing damage to the equipment.
