We supply a wide range of spray booth filters either on a roll or cut pads to size. Bag pre-filters are typically used in the input power group chambers in spray booths.

Exhaust Filters/Paint Stop Spray Booth Filters

2″ and 4″ paint stop filters are available as pre-cut pads or on a roll. The rolls can also be cut to a specific custom with. Please call us for more information on any custom sizes of filters required.

Exhaust/Extract filters are glass media and are the first stage in the collection of paint overspray.

Ceiling Filters

Ceiling filters are available on a roll or as pre-cut pads.

The high performance fine filters are manufactured entirely from bonded fibres. The fibres are build up progressively from the base to form a high density matrix.

The media construction ensures high initial arrestance and exceptional dust holding capacity at low pressure resistance, creating the ultimate combination of service life, performance and economy. A special adhesive agent is applied to the fibres during manufacture in order to enhance dust holding capacity, optimising arrestance and provide complete protection against mitigation caused by excess vibration. The addition of an open mesh scrim provides even greater stability and prevents dust being released when the filters are soiled.
